- Process tolls, violations, and related inquiries
- Resolve toll charge disputes and assist with congestion pricing questions
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Basic to advanced computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues
- Must pass background check and drug screening
