Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure highest level of process quality and service excellence
  • Answer phones, schedule pickups and deliveries, and relay delivery date changes to customers
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and support customers through outbound calls
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 12 months of experience in a customer service role or dental environment
  • Computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to perform tasks at multiple workstations and lift between 5 to 20 lbs
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
