Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure highest level of process quality and service excellence
- Answer phones, schedule pickups and deliveries, and relay delivery date changes to customers
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and support customers through outbound calls
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 12 months of experience in a customer service role or dental environment
- Computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to perform tasks at multiple workstations and lift between 5 to 20 lbs
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
