Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer 50-70 incoming phone calls daily and identify customer assistance needs
  • Document required information while actively listening and asking appropriate questions
  • Contact care providers to assist customers with appointment scheduling and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
  • Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling during business hours
