Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer 50-70 incoming phone calls daily and identify customer assistance needs
- Document required information while actively listening and asking appropriate questions
- Contact care providers to assist customers with appointment scheduling and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling during business hours
