Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I to assist in resolving customer concerns and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve and reconcile enrollment reports and related eligibility issues
  • Initiate communication with newly enrolled Health Plan members and employer groups
  • Review and resolve claims issues, providing support to member and provider services staff
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
