Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I to assist in resolving customer concerns and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve and reconcile enrollment reports and related eligibility issues
- Initiate communication with newly enrolled Health Plan members and employer groups
- Review and resolve claims issues, providing support to member and provider services staff
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
