Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives
- Assist patients with billing inquiries, processing payments, and resolving disputes
- Document required information in computer systems and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare call center or office setting
- Familiarity with computers and the ability to learn new systems
- Availability to work Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm CST
