Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives
  • Assist patients with billing inquiries, processing payments, and resolving disputes
  • Document required information in computer systems and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience in a healthcare call center or office setting
  • Familiarity with computers and the ability to learn new systems
  • Availability to work Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm CST
