Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative responsible for self-pay collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding payment delinquency and overdue bills
- Follow up on assigned self-pay accounts and manage unresolved inquiries
- Develop and implement organization policies on collection practices
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Basic proficiency with Windows PCs and MS Office
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 08:00AM - 04:30PM MST
