Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative responsible for self-pay collections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding payment delinquency and overdue bills
  • Follow up on assigned self-pay accounts and manage unresolved inquiries
  • Develop and implement organization policies on collection practices
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Basic proficiency with Windows PCs and MS Office
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday, 08:00AM - 04:30PM MST
