Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives
- Perform scheduling, re-scheduling, and cancellation of patient appointments
- Document required information in computer systems while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or office setting
- Familiarity with computers and Windows PCs
- Available to work any 8-hour shift within standard business hours of 7:00 am - 5:30 pm CST, Monday - Friday
