Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide expertise and support to callers.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls while providing a high-quality patient/caller experience
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments, as well as perform referral coordination
- Register new patients, verify demographics, and respond to inquiries from patients and medical offices
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a call center handling customer service inquiries regarding healthcare
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Flexibility to work any 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST
