Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide expertise and support to callers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound phone calls while providing a high-quality patient/caller experience
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments, as well as perform referral coordination
  • Register new patients, verify demographics, and respond to inquiries from patients and medical offices
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center handling customer service inquiries regarding healthcare
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
  • Flexibility to work any 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST
