Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote - SCA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Medicare Appeal process by answering incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries
  • Utilize automated systems for data entry and retrieval, maintaining logs of calls
  • Investigate and resolve customer problems, escalating difficult situations as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to research and resolve issues related to Medicare program and service eligibility
  • PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • 2+ years of customer service/telephone experience in a similar environment preferred
  • General knowledge of eligibility verification and medical coding preferred
