Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Administrator to manage accounts and support field agents in a recovery environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain account orderliness and ensure field agent assignments
- Update accounts with new information and communicate escalated issues
- Facilitate the recovery of assigned collateral using a centralized Dashboard
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of Customer Service and Account Management experience
- 2+ years of experience with collateral repossession preferred
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
- Proficiency in G-Suite, MS Office, and related applications
