Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Administrator to manage accounts and support field agents in a recovery environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain account orderliness and ensure field agent assignments
  • Update accounts with new information and communicate escalated issues
  • Facilitate the recovery of assigned collateral using a centralized Dashboard
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of Customer Service and Account Management experience
  • 2+ years of experience with collateral repossession preferred
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, MS Office, and related applications
