Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for its Life & Annuity Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and address customer service inquiries for life and annuity products
- Perform research and document customer interactions in appropriate systems
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer service quality
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of general client service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer navigation skills
- Ability to work from home in a conducive environment for phone communication
- Internet bandwidth of at least 12 Mbps, preferably 25 Mbps
