Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for its Life & Annuity Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and address customer service inquiries for life and annuity products
  • Perform research and document customer interactions in appropriate systems
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer service quality
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years of general client service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer navigation skills
  • Ability to work from home in a conducive environment for phone communication
  • Internet bandwidth of at least 12 Mbps, preferably 25 Mbps
