Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their Contact Center Team in a remote, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and forward inbound phone calls to appropriate departments
- Perform outbound calls to support Admissions efforts and student engagement
- Manage social media marketing channels and collaborate with Marketing and Admissions Departments
Required Qualifications
- Previous receptionist or call center experience preferred
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with Salesforce and PeopleSoft is a plus
- Excellent computer experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
