Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their Contact Center Team in a remote, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and forward inbound phone calls to appropriate departments
  • Perform outbound calls to support Admissions efforts and student engagement
  • Manage social media marketing channels and collaborate with Marketing and Admissions Departments
Required Qualifications
  • Previous receptionist or call center experience preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and PeopleSoft is a plus
  • Excellent computer experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
