Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver world-class customer service to inbound callers regarding their wireless accounts

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, including 6 months in a virtual call center
  • Available for 12 weeks of paid training with consistent 8-hour shifts scheduled any day of the week
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a GED or High School Diploma
  • Legally permitted to work in the United States and able to pass a background screening
  • Must have reliable cable or fiber internet service and a private workspace for remote work
