Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 2+ years of call center experience
  • No degree required
  • Basic understanding of medical/reimbursement terminology preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple calls
