Key Responsibilities
- Assist accountholders with understanding their healthcare reimbursement accounts and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with internal quality assurance standards and technical policies
- Support accountholders in navigating online tools and resolve issues independently
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of call center experience
- No degree required
- Basic understanding of medical/reimbursement terminology preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple calls
