Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients
- Resolve customer requests via inbound and outbound calls or the Internet
- Provide customer education and notify clients of test results accurately and timely
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience in a contact center or call center environment preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
- Prior healthcare industry experience is a plus
