Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients
  • Resolve customer requests via inbound and outbound calls or the Internet
  • Provide customer education and notify clients of test results accurately and timely
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Experience in a contact center or call center environment preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
  • Prior healthcare industry experience is a plus
