Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support the Medicare Appeal process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and services
- Receives inquiries from customers or providers and communicates responses within required turnaround times
- Investigates and resolves customer problems, escalating difficult situations as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to research and resolve issues related to Medicare program and service eligibility
- PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
- 2+ years of customer service/telephone experience in a similar call center environment preferred
- General knowledge of eligibility verification and Medicare program requirements preferred
