Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support the Medicare Appeal process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and services
  • Receives inquiries from customers or providers and communicates responses within required turnaround times
  • Investigates and resolves customer problems, escalating difficult situations as necessary


Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to research and resolve issues related to Medicare program and service eligibility
  • PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • 2+ years of customer service/telephone experience in a similar call center environment preferred
  • General knowledge of eligibility verification and Medicare program requirements preferred
