Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - SCA (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Medicare Appeal process by answering calls and resolving customer inquiries
  • Utilize automated systems for data entry and information retrieval
  • Maintain logs of calls and serve as a liaison between supervisors and external providers
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to research and resolve issues related to Medicare program eligibility
  • PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
  • General knowledge of Medicare eligibility and program requirements preferred
