Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage billing and insurance inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve complex billing and insurance issues
- Review financial information and recommend payment options in accordance with client guidelines
- Maintain accurate account documentation and adhere to company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED) required
- Prior work experience in a call center and healthcare customer service setting preferred
- Familiarity with medical billing and coding preferred
- Experience with Artiva and Cerner Soarian applications preferred
- Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and databases effectively
