Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage billing and insurance inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve complex billing and insurance issues
  • Review financial information and recommend payment options in accordance with client guidelines
  • Maintain accurate account documentation and adhere to company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED) required
  • Prior work experience in a call center and healthcare customer service setting preferred
  • Familiarity with medical billing and coding preferred
  • Experience with Artiva and Cerner Soarian applications preferred
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and databases effectively
