Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to Territory Managers and customers through calls and emails, including order tracking and delivery issues
- Process orders, cancellations, and returns while maintaining accurate customer order history
- Resolve customer order issues and discrepancies, ensuring proper follow-up for customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Knowledge of shipping procedures and inventory control processes
- Experience with vendor drop ship orders and order management systems
- Proficiency in MS Windows and Office applications
