Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to Territory Managers and customers through calls and emails, including order tracking and delivery issues
  • Process orders, cancellations, and returns while maintaining accurate customer order history
  • Resolve customer order issues and discrepancies, ensuring proper follow-up for customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of shipping procedures and inventory control processes
  • Experience with vendor drop ship orders and order management systems
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and Office applications
