Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call for Release - Customer Service Representative (Northeast) Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle release and pickup by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies
• Maintain accurate vehicle files and notes while meeting daily performance goals
• Participate in team meetings and assist teammates with additional tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of office support experience in a customer service role
• High school diploma or GED
• Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional virtual appearance with a quiet, distraction-free workspace
