Job Summary

A company is looking for an IFTS Customer Service Representative responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor shipment activity to identify potential target customers and follow up on recent shipment activities
  • Utilize CRM tools to document sales opportunities and collaborate with operational leaders to enhance service offerings
  • Develop relationships with small clients to increase sales and provide regular status reports on activities
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Associate's Degree or post-secondary education in Transportation
  • Strong knowledge of international ocean/air transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel)
