Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and greet customers with energy and enthusiasm
• Assist customers with starting gas service, making payment arrangements, and processing payments
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a transaction-based environment is preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Flexibility to work any shift, including nights and weekends
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test screening
• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
