Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Auxiliary who will work remotely and must reside in San Antonio, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and process returned warrants and new court orders
• Create and maintain child support cases, and assist with Direct Deposit applications
• Contact and assist custodial and non-custodial parents, employers, and attorneys to obtain necessary information

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of experience in service delivery, customer service, or a related field
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows products
• Must be fluent in English
• Must have a designated quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection
