Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative ($18-$20/hour).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries about products and services
• Maintain customer accounts and provide submission processing information
• Collect customer feedback and prepare reports by analyzing customer information

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to learn and retain product and procedural knowledge
• Demonstrated experience with new systems
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
