Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote) at $16/hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Handles customer calls and correspondence for service, scheduling, and billing inquiries
• Offers Home Inspection leads to qualifying customers and maintains ongoing customer relationships
• Initiates outbound customer service calls for various campaigns and provides support to technicians

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
• 1-2 years of phone sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows
• Ability to type 35 wpm preferred
