Job Summary

A company is looking for a FEP Customer Service Representative to provide inbound and outbound customer service support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first call resolution and educate callers through accurate information exchange
  • Document and resolve customer issues in a timely manner and route inquiries as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and perform other assigned duties
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • One (1) year of previous customer service experience (Required)
  • Experience with MS Office or other computer platforms (Required)
  • Two (2) years of college level courses or two (2) years' work experience in phone-related customer service
  • Experience in healthcare, benefits, call center, claims processing or Facets (Preferred)
