Job Summary
A company is looking for a FEP Customer Service Representative to provide inbound and outbound customer service support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first call resolution and educate callers through accurate information exchange
- Document and resolve customer issues in a timely manner and route inquiries as needed
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and perform other assigned duties
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- One (1) year of previous customer service experience (Required)
- Experience with MS Office or other computer platforms (Required)
- Two (2) years of college level courses or two (2) years' work experience in phone-related customer service
- Experience in healthcare, benefits, call center, claims processing or Facets (Preferred)
