Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a long-term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to inform clients about program qualifications and schedule appointments
• Document interactions accurately and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
• Support Spanish-speaking clients and handle inbound inquiries effectively

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call center roles, or data entry
• Ability to work remotely with access to a quiet and distraction-free workspace
• High comfort level with computers and technology, including remote desktop tools
• Internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly preferred
