Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Executive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound and manage customer inquiries across various channels in a courteous and timely manner
  • Document all customer interactions accurately using CRM systems and follow established procedures
  • Resolve or escalate customer inquiries as necessary and maintain knowledge of policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred
  • 3 years of customer service or contact center experience
  • Ability to organize multiple tasks and understand inquiry resolution workflows
  • Experience with CRM applications and software utilization
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
