- Resolve customer issues efficiently and document interactions in the CRM
- Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs and participate in continuous training
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (phone and email)
- Appointment setting experience
- Sales experience is preferred
- Passion for sports (soccer) is a plus
