Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and document interactions in the CRM
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs and participate in continuous training
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (phone and email)
  • Appointment setting experience
  • Sales experience is preferred
  • Passion for sports (soccer) is a plus
