Job Summary
A company is looking for an IFTS Customer Service Representative responsible for managing client relationships and driving sales of IFTS services.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor shipment activity to identify potential target customers and follow up on recent shipment activity
- Utilize CRM tools to track growth opportunities and ensure effective communication with clients
- Develop relationships with small clients to increase sales and address any client issues in collaboration with Operations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Associates Degree or post-secondary education in Transportation
- Strong knowledge of international ocean/air transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel)
