Job Summary

A company is looking for an IFTS Customer Service Representative responsible for managing client relationships and driving sales of IFTS services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor shipment activity to identify potential target customers and follow up on recent shipment activity
  • Utilize CRM tools to track growth opportunities and ensure effective communication with clients
  • Develop relationships with small clients to increase sales and address any client issues in collaboration with Operations
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Associates Degree or post-secondary education in Transportation
  • Strong knowledge of international ocean/air transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel)
