• Receive and process customer orders by telephone, ensuring prompt and courteous service
• Handle an average of 110 customer interactions per shift, including incoming and outgoing calls
• Document activities and maintain adherence to established company standards and procedures

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Computer knowledge and ability to type 35-40 words per minute
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Must have high-speed internet for remote work
