Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will handle inbound calls and emails from customers and provide accurate information regarding processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide information about programs and services
• Document customer interactions and resolve inquiries or refer unresolved issues
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in responses

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Two years of customer service experience is preferred
• Proficiency in assistive technology (JAWS and/or Zoom Text) is required if applicable
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Must reside within 70 miles of Athens, Texas
