Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service through effective communication with customers via phone, email, and fax
- Process orders accurately and manage customer inquiries regarding product information and returns
- Maintain customer records in ERP and CRM systems and achieve assigned goals and metrics
Required Qualifications
- Two years of customer service experience in a call center or manufacturing environment
- Experience with an order management system and CRM is preferred
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Ability to use a telephone and personal computer for extended periods
