Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service through effective communication with customers via phone, email, and fax
  • Process orders accurately and manage customer inquiries regarding product information and returns
  • Maintain customer records in ERP and CRM systems and achieve assigned goals and metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Two years of customer service experience in a call center or manufacturing environment
  • Experience with an order management system and CRM is preferred
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Ability to use a telephone and personal computer for extended periods
