Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Administrator to work remotely in a fast-paced recovery environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain account orderliness and ensure field agents are assigned to each account
- Update accounts with new client information and communicate escalated issues as needed
- Facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral while demonstrating product and service knowledge
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Service and Account Management experience or equivalent
- Experience with collateral repossession is beneficial
- Strong proficiency in G-Suite, MS Office, and related applications
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
