Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Administrator to work remotely in a fast-paced recovery environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain account orderliness and ensure field agents are assigned to each account
  • Update accounts with new client information and communicate escalated issues as needed
  • Facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral while demonstrating product and service knowledge
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Service and Account Management experience or equivalent
  • Experience with collateral repossession is beneficial
  • Strong proficiency in G-Suite, MS Office, and related applications
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
