Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide remote support to healthcare professionals and ensure effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from patients, providers, and internal staff
  • Provide non-clinical support to paramedics and emergency response teams
  • Document interactions accurately in electronic systems
Required Qualifications

  • Typing speed of at least 25-30 WPM
  • Comfortable using multiple software systems simultaneously
