Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will act as the primary point of contact for members and providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison for members and providers regarding inquiries related to eligibility, authorizations, claims, and policy procedures
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring first call resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Complete call logs to document customer interactions and escalate priority issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Associate's Degree in a related field or Healthcare Management preferred
  • Call Center experience is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential
