Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (11:30-8pm EST).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to claimants, providers, and clients regarding claims and policies via telephone or correspondence
  • Maintain customer service logs and process incoming client correspondence
  • Meet or exceed production goals for calls and correspondence, ensuring quality standards are met
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to communicate bilingually (English/Spanish) is preferred
  • Knowledge of medical codes and/or terminology is helpful
