Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (11:30-8pm EST).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to claimants, providers, and clients regarding claims and policies via telephone or correspondence
- Maintain customer service logs and process incoming client correspondence
- Meet or exceed production goals for calls and correspondence, ensuring quality standards are met
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to communicate bilingually (English/Spanish) is preferred
- Knowledge of medical codes and/or terminology is helpful
