Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center - Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to telephone inquiries from policyholders, beneficiaries, providers, and agents regarding insurance policies
- Provide accurate information on insurance questions by accessing and updating software system data
- Maintain a working knowledge of company products and services while complying with privacy regulations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; six months related call center experience and/or training
- Ability to work remotely and independently with a reliable internet connection
- Ability to pass background screening and drug tests
- Typing speed of 30 wpm with a 95% accuracy rate
- Preferred: Associate's degree and experience in Long Term Care Insurance in a call center setting
