Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Work From Home) who must live near Jefferson City, MO.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a timely manner and provide accurate account information
• Educate callers on policies and procedures and redirect them to appropriate areas when necessary
• Research and process correspondence received by email, fax, and mail

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of relevant experience
• Proficient in data entry skills and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows products
• Must have a private area to work and a high-speed internet connection
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
