Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Part Time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promptly answer customer inquiries via email and phone while managing older tickets and complex issues
  • Create quotes, process customer orders, and resolve account discrepancies while maintaining customer records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and provide support to Managed Service Providers and Resellers
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related role (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Experience with tools such as Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus
  • Must reside in Utah and be available for training in South Salt Lake City
  • Part-time availability (29 hours per week)
