Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality service by responding to telephonic, written, and electronic inquiries from employees, providers, and clients in a high-volume call center
  • Navigate multiple system applications to accurately respond to inquiries and document actions taken
  • Work in a structured service-oriented environment, including rotating weekend shifts
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Must possess strong reasoning and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and effectively use MS Excel/Word
