Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality service by responding to telephonic, written, and electronic inquiries from employees, providers, and clients in a high-volume call center
- Navigate multiple system applications to accurately respond to inquiries and document actions taken
- Work in a structured service-oriented environment, including rotating weekend shifts
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year previous customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Must possess strong reasoning and analytical skills
- Ability to learn new systems and effectively use MS Excel/Word
