Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a high-volume technical tolling services program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound customer inquiries related to toll accounts, violations, payments, and disputes
  • Work on suspended accounts and accurately document service requests
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure full resolution of customer issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate degree or higher preferred
  • At least six months of customer service experience; call center experience strongly preferred
  • Fluency in English and comfort with navigating multiple systems
  • Able to troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment
