Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries related to toll accounts, violations, payments, and disputes
- Work with suspended accounts and accurately document service requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure full resolution of customer issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate degree or higher preferred
- At least six months of customer service experience; call center experience preferred
- Fluency in English and comfort navigating multiple systems
- Able to troubleshoot basic technical issues and meet strict attendance requirements
- Background check and drug screening required prior to employment
