Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative in the Patient Support Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and process authorizations for reorders
  • Resolve patient issues and ensure accurate reorder processing
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and insurance for billing of patient services
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient computer literacy with strong keyboarding skills
  • Must live in the Lakewood area as this is an in-office role
  • Position may require evening and weekend availability
