Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative in the Patient Support Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and process authorizations for reorders
- Resolve patient issues and ensure accurate reorder processing
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and insurance for billing of patient services
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Proficient computer literacy with strong keyboarding skills
- Must live in the Lakewood area as this is an in-office role
- Position may require evening and weekend availability
