Job Summary

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service or relevant experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in inbound and outbound customer service
  • Call center environment experience preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Siebel)
