Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals and KPIs
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to existing customers and leads
• Assist families throughout the service lifecycle, including coordination related to the birthing and delivery process

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or relevant experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in inbound and outbound customer service
• Call center environment experience preferred
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Siebel)
