Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding self-pay collections and overdue bills
- Follow up on assigned self-pay accounts and resolve inquiries or issues
- Develop and manage organization policies on collection practices
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Basic proficiency with Windows PCs and MS Office
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM MST
