Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative 2 to provide high-quality service to customers while handling complex inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to inbound/outbound call inquiries and initiates follow-up calls
  • Performs support ticket resolution tasks and maintains documentation of all interactions
  • Develops knowledge of program rules and operating platforms to effectively respond to customer inquiries
Qualifications
  • High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree is desirable
  • 2-4 years' experience in a customer service-oriented role
  • Ability to read and interpret business documents and governmental regulations
  • Demonstrated understanding of working with persons with disabilities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word preferred
