Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and manage the customer order to cash process, focusing on orders and returns
  • Process customer requests including orders, returns, and account inquiries while maintaining compliance with policies
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; preference for a relevant BS Degree
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with SAP Sales & Distribution
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
