Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and manage the customer order to cash process, focusing on orders and returns
- Process customer requests including orders, returns, and account inquiries while maintaining compliance with policies
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely service delivery
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; preference for a relevant BS Degree
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Technical proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with SAP Sales & Distribution
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
