Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle 45-55 inbound calls daily, addressing a range of client inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service while meeting departmental performance goals
• Participate in training to stay updated on operational policies and product knowledge

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of 401k retirement products and financial markets is preferred
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Strong work ethic and reliability in meeting attendance standards
