Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Escalation Phone Rep (Part Time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with payments and resolving alerts related to past rentals or transactions
  • Provide tailored solutions to address customer needs and enhance their experience
  • Navigate multiple software applications efficiently to deliver timely support
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
  • Typing speed of 35-40 WPM on a typing assessment
  • Ability to work part-time with at least 25 hours of availability per week, including weekends
  • Completion of a 2-week training program with both instructor-led and self-paced courses
  • Technical requirements including specific computer specifications and internet speed must be met
